Name: Tulip Van Helsing
Age: 12
Family: None that she can remember
Personality: For someone who has no recollection of her past and has no idea what is going on at the hotel, Tulip is surprisingly level-headed with the situation. Nothing could beat being stuck on a train for God knows how long. She can be selfish, but she's selfish for a reason. It's mainly because she wants answers to her past and why the hell she ended up here of all places. Tulip is intelligent and a bit sarcastic due to her realism. She normally carries around a pen and pencil so she can write down, in case she lost any more of her memories. She can get easily frustrated or annoyed when things don't go her way.
Background: The first thing that Tulip could remember was being in a dark, windowless, and locked room on a rushing train. The young girl was surrounded by suitcases, a robot, a dog, and a mark on her hand. She didn’t know how she got there or where she was going, but all she needed to know was that she wanted to get off as soon as possible. She tried to escape plenty of times, but some of the train staff noticed her, so she had to retreat. The staff obviously didn't want her around for a reason. Tulip overheard some of their talks about how they "shouldn't let precious cargo out so easily". The process continued for days and days until, finally, she escaped the luggage car with her companions by her side. Now the only thing she had to do now was get off.
Tulip and her companions moved from car to car with some staff high on their trail. She spotted a building off in the distance, so the most natural instinct in that situation was to jump off the train when she, the dog, and the robot were in the middle of crossing. They landed safely on the ground, thankfully, and ran as fast as they could to reach that building. With the last of their strengths, the trio came to the hotel. Tulip wasn't shocked as much as she was confused. It didn't matter anymore. Perhaps she could find answers to her past here...
Hidden Secrets: She’s conflicted to whether she wants to know who or where her family is or not; she wants answers, but she’s afraid of what they would be. Tulip is also afraid of some of the monsters that reside in the hotel.
Pets (if any): One-One, a robot that she programmed, and Atticus, a Corgi that followed her on the train.
