Personality: Kazuichi is very social. He’s willing to help anyone around the hotel, whether they be human or creature. While he is a genius with machinery, he appears to be a bit slow-witted otherwise, making him the subject of many pranks. His cowardice and jumpy personality doesn’t help either. Kaz is also quite emotional. He practically has no filter, blurting out things that might come off rude. He also is a bad liar. Kaz really likes girls. He likes flirting with others, yet he can never maintain an official Zing.
Background: The Gremlins once lived in a village in a secluded area of the forest, but humans built a munitions factory that crossed over into their territory. Most of the gremlins either died or fled their village, leaving about two hundred left who wanted to stay in the nearly dilapidated ruins. One of these was Kazuichi, called Kaz among his friends. After hearing that story, he grew curiouser and curiouser about humans, so much so that he left the village to work at the munitions factory for a short time. When he came back home, he was shunned and was told to never return, for he was technically a traitor to his kind. Kaz didn’t mind, however. He wanted to make machines for anyone, no matter what they were. Kaz wandered around from place to place working as a mechanic and doing odd jobs for creatures of any kind. One day, he stumbled across the Hotel and has worked there ever since.
Hidden Secrets: The fact that he was banished.
