Job (if any) : She works a small weekend cabaret act at Chaotic.
Personality: Dia strives for perfection in any way she possibly can. She hates when things are done incorrectly or sloppily and will go on long-winded rants about one little detail that went wrong. She is calm, mature, and polite, but she can have a short temper. She wants nothing less than total success and constantly pushes herself to be the best she can possibly be in order to achieve her goals. She gets really jealous easily, but she often hides it with utter denial and a false sense of confidence. Despite coming off as cocky and having a “holier-than-thou” outlook, she deeply cares about the people she meets and can be motherly to others when she wants to be.
Background: Ever since she could remember, Dia had always been referred to as "the problem child”. She couldn’t transform into a dragon like her brother, nor did she have the mark of the dragon like her other sister. All she could do magic-wise was transform to a more “monstrous” form that she doesn’t use often and levitate, so in the family hierarchy, she was rendered practically useless and unworthy of her princess status. She could never escape being compared to her siblings by everyone she knew. Yu’s fame and popularity in the human world didn’t help at all. Despite having no useful magic, she stayed by her mother’s side and learned as most as she could, even though she failed at almost every attempt. Dia had to prove herself worthy of bearing the dignity of being related to the mistress of dark magic.
Once when she was younger, she sneaked out of the castle to visit her brother while he was on tour with his band. After that last performance, she was let backstage to talk with him privately. They had a nice conversation, but Yu cut it short. Dia was asked to leave, even though she wanted to tell him something important. Having been rejected again, and knowing that her mother would never take her in again, she stayed in the human realm and did some small gigs under her full name, Diamond. They paid well and she enjoyed them, but she still wanted to, at least, have some recognition. She made enough money to spend time at the Hotel Fantasy Deluxe Suites, knowing full well that it was a good job opportunity and that Yu was going to be there.
Hidden Secrets: She finds her brother’s band to be a guilty pleasure of hers.
