Yu was at the bar and considering the drinks he had was only could drink: Ashes To Ashes. It was a certain drink that dragons could drink without burning their insides and killing themselves in the process. Yu then had a last ATA and was writing to his mother, he had to write to her about finding a bride to continue the bloodline of Maleficent. His mother had high standards however she wasn't in favor of the band he was in. She wanted him out but she would agreed to let him stay until he had found a bride by the end of Wicked's vacation. Which wasn't much time...

In the meantime, Dia stood alone on the small bar room stage and wiped some sweat off of her forehead. Another long week of performances was over, and she couldn't wait for the next one. She loved to perform and other people seemed to love her as well. Sure, she wasn't some big-named superstar, but at least she had some recognition. Speaking of recognition, the half-dragon stared out at the bat and the silver-haired boy who sat alone. "Don't think that didn't notice you, brother," Dia called and made her way over towards him. "I humbly apologize for not bowing to you," she faked a curtsy, maintaining a clever smirk, "prince of darkness, soccer star, and celebrity extraordinaire..."

Yu looked to see his sister and chuckled with a dry smile. He then said as he took a swig of his Ashes To Ashes, "Ah, sis. I hardly noticed you..." He then finished the drink and said with a smirk, "Mostly it's because I see your lips attached to our mother's behind." Yu knew that Dia would suck up to their mother when it came to money or use of the title that they have. However, for Yu didn't want to live in his mother's shadow and be his own person, not to be the son of the Maleficent. He then poured more of his drink in the cup and said with a with a dry smile, "However, despite that it's nice to see you out of her shadow."

"Of course you didn't notice me," Dia smirked back, keeping her cool for the most part, "after all, what would the prince have to do with his powerless, good-for-nothing little sister?" The princess laughed, almost as if she was convincing herself that it wasn't all that bad. It was though. He tried to be nice, but his anger got in the way most of the time when they were younger. It was even the same way with Mal, even thought their arguments were just as frequent.
"And you think I'm the one that's kissing up to Mother?" Dia's mood changed instantly, her voice almost reaching the top of her lungs as she sat down next to her brother, whose cool attitude and smile seemed to mock her. If genetics didn't screw her over, she would have transformed into a dragon out of her internal rage right in front of him, but this was not so. Her brother's comments and cool attitude offended her greatly. "If there's anyone in this family who is attached to her behind, it'd be Mal! I've been out of the castle about a year since we last talked, thank you very much..." She then thought it would be best to change the subject after such an outburst. "Is the band doing well? Have you found a zing?"

Yu took another swig and looked at his glass and said seriously, "The band is doing well. Right now, we're on vacation." Yu then looked at his sister and said seriously, "As for my zing, I haven't found her...yet. However I am interested in someone...just need to set the mood." Yu continue to drink the only good thing his father had ever gave him was his high tolerance of alchol. Yu took another swig and said seriously, "Rumor going around the family campfire...our mother is leaving her inheritance to one of us. She didn't say who but she can't live forever." Yu then finish the drink and said as he ran his fingers though his silver hair, "Listen, I know we have our differences. However, I wanna help...but if you go running back to her...Deal's off." Despite the teasing he gives his sister, he did wanna help her out with some powers that he has and find a possession of their mother's.

It was about time her mother retired; it was a rumor, but still she would have loved to see her beloved mother's rule of darkness be usurped or given to someone else. Dia smirked at her brother's offer and offered her hand for a shake. "Well, there isn't going to be a problem with that because I'm never going back there again." After a handshake, Dia ordered a milder drink and drank. "You know, putting prejudices into this, this is only a two-person fight for the inheritance because I clearly have no potential as a princess." The princess flipped her long black hair and turned to face her brother. If he wasn't her brother, she still would have wanted to be associated with that man. Though she looked confident, she envied his talent... his magic... the way he could somehow multitask all of his occupations. "What's the offer, by the way?"

Yu then said as he finished his drink, "You distract our mother to give me more time with my band." He then poured more of his alcoholic drink in his cup as he said with a smirk, "And I'll give you what you've always wanted: The Dark Fairy's Amulet." Yu knew of his mother's amulet and to him he was born with magic like his mother however she needed an army back in her heyday, so she used the Dark Fairy's Amulet. To show extremem amounts of magic and the ability to transform into the mighty of all monsters: Dragons.

Dia's eyes widened. The amulet? The one thing that would possibly make her worthy of being a part of Maleficent's bloodline! The offer tempted her so much, but something seemed a bit fishy about it - mainly, her brother's smirk. She knew that smirk almost too well. There had to be a catch somewhere in the deal, but the half-dragon put up her cool demeanor and drank some more of her drink. "Sure, love and affection by mother despite my lacking in abilities is the one thing I've always wanted, but the amulet is a close second. Thanks for guessing though." She returned the smirk, then shifted to the only form she could. Her skin got grayer and her hair longer. "Wait a second," she floated over to Yu's other side, "you said the deal's off if I go back to mother, but the deal requires me to go back to Mother... That doesn't make sense to me."

Yu then said seriously, "I mean if you tell the truth to her, I just want you to play nice until I can find a bride." Yu knew that his mother was pushy however nothing but boosting her ego would distract her as he continue to find his bride. Yu then conjure an image of the Dark Fairy's Amulet and said with a grin, "I know she gets thing out when she announces the new family member which will be my bride, that's when you get it."
