The VIP floors were very foreign to Daria, for this was the first time in a while where she was scheduled to clean the rooms up there. There were a few reasons why she couldn't go up there; she either had other things to do or - if she could be perfectly honest - she was scared to go up there. Some of the clientele were large presences in the monster worlds: the king of the dragons, who would probably gobble her up no matter what form she was in, and the infamous Golden Witch who could probably cast some terrible hex if one of the staff members made her lose her temper. The pegasus took a deep breath and entered the first room she was assigned to: 517, all the way on the end with the tropical theme.
The room was kept surprisingly well kept for a guest. She straightened out some papers on the desks and fluffed a few pillows on the bed. Daria was about to go clean the bathroom, but someone, or rather something, had interrupted her. The noises of the door slowly being unlocked made her freeze. Her fear completely paralyzed her - unable to even move her mouth to apologize.

Yu yawned as he came into the room while saying as Akira, Loki, and Bloom followed, "Jeez, That was one hell of a concert. I still think we did a pretty good job." Yu then went to his guitar and played a couple of chords while Akira went to his violin and played a small melody. Yu then said with a grin, "Hey, Akira. Nice melody, you've been practicing it?" Akira stopped playing the violin and said with a smile as he pushed up his glasses with his finger while Loki put his headphones on and listening to the different melodies on a CD player, "Well, It's not much but...It's new and...kind of reminds me of home..." Bloom then asked with a smile as she sat down on the coconut rug, "Then can we hear it?" Bloom then pulled the headphones off of Loki as he yelled in frustration, "Hey!" Bloom shushed Loki as she said seriously, "Hey! This could be a new song for us..." Akira then closed his eyes and put the violin away. He then pulled out his bass guitar and begin to sang.

It was a good thing the people who entered didn't notice her. Come to think of it, they sounded very familiar... a little too familiar, if she could be honest. The pegasus's shock lessened a little bit, allowing her to at most move her head. She was standing in the hotel room of the members of Wicked - one of the best bands in the entire creature world! Daria breathed heavier and faster the more they spoke, and her face started to get redder and redder. As the bassist's song had finished, she mustered enough courage to quietly applaud him. The maid then stopped herself and scrambled towards the door. "I'm so so sorry! I'll leave if you want me to..."

Loki grabbed the Pegasus's wrist and have her sit down with Bloom as he said with a small smile, "Sit." Bloom said with a small smile, "It's okay. Don't worry, it'll be nice to get feedback from one of our fans." Bloom then pressed a finger to her lips and said with a smile, "Just don't tell anyone we're here." Akira then sat on the bed and said seriously as he played the bass, "Yeah, plus it would bring not only the fans but paparazzi as well." Yu chuckled and said with a soft smile as he pulled out his guitar, "It's fine. Just don't tell. Let's see...This song should do it..." Yu then begin to sing a song that he wrote himself...as the other band members begin to play the music.

As she was about to open the door, someone grabbed her wrist and lead her to the bed where she was instructed to sit. Daria nodded and followed their instruction, although she was a bit confused. The maid had always expected them to be a bit meaner. After all, they were famous and had a lot of thing on their minds: stress from new concerts, their personal lives, and the constant of being stalked or killed by obsessive fans. But no, they treated her as if she was a close friend or a family member, not a fan nor a staff member. She looked down, covering her face, not wanting the band to see her embarrassment or affection for its members. Why were they so kind to her? She obviously didn't deserve it. Her doubts were soon lifted by the sound of a guitar solo.
Akira focused on his bass while Yu performed the solo. Loki was in the back with his drum set, drumming a jazzy, small, yet noticeable rhythm. Although her ear wasn't akin to noticing the fine details, she listened to Wicked's discography a couple of times to know when each member was playing or not. In this instance, Bloom only played a couple of chords throughout the song and that was it. Daria clapped, but there were many things she wanted to say about this song. "You..you... you asked for feedback, right?" She looked away and blushed again.

Bloom said with a smile as she put her instrument down, "Well, yeah. Our fans are important to us, we're not those egotistic jerks who care about fame." Loki then put down his drumsticks and put headphones on Daria to play a new demo on low volume as he said, "I need you to listen to this." Akria chuckled and said with a grin as he played a few strums on his bass, "Uh-oh. Watch out he's gonna be in Music God Mode." Yu then put down his guitar and said with a grin, "Don't worry. When it comes to a fan listening he shouldn't be too bad." Yu knew what Loki is like after all they are best friends.

Daria nodded. She was almost about to give her feedback before Loki stuck headphones over her ears. "Thank you, but maybe later... This is just so overwhelming. It's going so fast... You can't just ask me to listen to your new demo after you wanted me to listen that latest song. My thoughts on each track might get confused." She placed the headphones down and twiddled her thumbs. Did she really want to tell them what she thought of the song? They were probably going to hate her. By now, people hating her was common knowledge, whether it be for flight or her clumsiness or her timidity. The maid took a deep breath and smiled.
"Overall, I really liked that song, but I have a few things to say about it. Yu? Akira? I think you need to tone down the guitar a little bit; I couldn't hear the rest of the band, but it might just be a problem with your speakers. The people down in IT could fix it very well! You're a band, no members should overpower the others... I think. Yu, again, you said you wrote this right? These lyrics are a little dark and depressing... I know you've had sad songs in the past and your audience can relate to those, but this is a little too much. Is something wrong? Is there something you wanna talk about?" Daria covered her hands with her mouth, knowing she probably said too much. "I'm sorry. I'll listen to the demo." She said through her hands, then picked the headphones back up.

Bloom was stifling laughter as the guys were dumbstruck before anyone knew it. Bloom laughed so hard and said as she in between the laughs, "Oh, wow! I thought Loki was the only one who does that!" Loki grabbed Daria's hands together and looked at her dead in the eyes and stared at her while Akira was trying so hard not to laugh, "Loki...I think you've met...your match." Yu turned around to try to hold his laughter as well considering he hasn't laugh in front of his family for so long as he thought, "Don't laugh...Don't laugh..." Loki continued to stare as he continued to hold her hands tightly.

Why was everybody laughing at her? Did they only ask for her opinion just to be wrong? Was this all just another trick? Daria's heart beat faster and the room around her seemed to spin just as much. So many memories were flooding back as the laughter and the faces continued. Home. Her so-called 'friends'. Magnus coming in to save the day. The race. Her fall. This was a little too much. The force on Loki's hands seemed to get tighter and tighter, almost as if the pegasus wasn't allowed to leave the room. A few tears started to form and dribble down her cheeks. No, Daria... you've tried so hard not to cry... or do anything that made you look like an idiot while you were here and now here you are! In front of your idols... You can't do this now! As much as she tried to talk herself out of it, nothing could stop her tears from coming down. "I'm so sorry..."

Loki then hold her tightly as he glared at the rest of the band members. Bloom sighed with a smile as she pulled Yu and Akira to the bathroom and said, "Come on. It's time for our leader to have a one on one with our fan here." Yu then protest but Akira sighed and said grudgingly, "Come on, Yu. Otherwise we'll never hear the end of it." Yu sighed and went into the bathroom with Bloom and Akira, while Loki said apologetically while holding her, "Sorry. They weren't laughing at you...more like...they were laughing with you. You see...I'm like that too." Loki lightly blushed and said while looking away, "It's the reason they call me in Music God Mode. I criticize everything unless it gets perfect." Loki made a pout face with a blush because of him getting embarrassed of what mood he gets in when it comes to music.

"It's okay. It's natural for you, Mister Loki." Daria replied as calmly as she could. "You're the leader of a band. You have to deal with many things... producers, other band members... family... It's only fair for you to get upset over them, but me? What do I possibly know? I'm only one of your fans..." The maid sniffled, rubbing her puffy cheeks to wipe some tears off. However, it was no use. The tears kept streaming down and the pegasus tried her best to blink them back, but all she did was collapse into Loki's body and break down crying. "I'm... I'm..." Stupid? Worthless? Were those the words she was trying to say? Never mind. There was no use in trying to say what she was going to say. She wasn't this vulnerable in front of her other friends, so why was she like this to a total stranger? Perhaps something else was in mind, but all Daria could do was weep.

Loki didn't know what to do with crying girls. He then remembered advice that his annoying brother, Thor, had gave him. When girls are crying give them a light peck on their forehead to stop them from crying. Loki blushed at the thought but he had no other choice as he then did a light peck on her forehead as he blushed deep red while internally screaming. He couldn't believe he just did as Bloom and the others on the other side of the door watched and smiled slyly.

Her tears came to a halt as she felt something brush upon her forehead. The pegasus's eyes widened and she lifted her head slightly. Loki kissed her... he actually kissed her! A member of Wicked actually kissed her! She had to be dreaming... There wasn't any other possible explanation! Daria pinched herself, then squeaked, knowing that this was most definitely real. She blushed harder and looked away. "I'm.. I'm sorry. I probably look like a mess right now, but thank you Loki. It's nothing really, it's in the past and..." Daria felt something heat up inside of her: a warm sensation. Her heart started beating faster and faster, and she looked her new acquaintance straight in the eyes. The feeling escaped as soon as it came. "Loki? Did you feel that? I think we just... you know..." She got closer to him and whispered in his ear, "I think we just zinged..."

Loki felt his heart a hard thump in his chest. He stared at her and when she whispered that they zinged...to him, it was an incredible feeling. He then softly smiled and said happily, "I think so, too." Bloom then burst out of the bathroom and said excitedly, "You zinged!?" Akira said dejectedly and sighed, "Sorry, Loki. She's got amazing hearing for a fairy. We couldn't stop her." Yu then chuckled sheepishly and said with a sheepish smile, "Yeah, sorry Leader. I did tried to stop her at least." Bloom then went to hug the girl and said excitedly, "Oh, I can't wait to take you clothes shopping! I can even take you backstage!"

Daria then stared at the rest of the band. They were listening in on them the entire time? The maid blushed harder as she looked at the rest of the band. "Yeah," she whispered, embarrassed of her current situation, "we zinged... I can't believe we actually did it, but surprise! I could just... you know..." Bloom came and hugged her, talking about potential plans with her. "Thank you, Bloom! I'd love to..." She quickly shifted to her pegasus form (thankfully no humans were around to witness the transformation). She flapped her wings a little bit, just enough so she could hover above the bed.
